We tried this meal this afternoon. It was pretty awesome. The mashed cauliflower was surprisingly good.

Buffalo chicken dip  (non-paleo)
1cream cheese
1cup buffalo sauce
1cup ranch dressing
Shredded chicken (2- 3 cans or 4cooked breasts)
Shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for 25 - 30 min on 350 degrees.
